Phelps Stokes would like to congratulate Luis Gilberto Murillo on his electoral win, as the new governor of Choco, Colombia. Mr. Murillo was our Vice President of Programs and Global Strategies, helping to create our now strong bond and programs in Colombia. Phelps Stokes thanks Mr. Murillo for all of his amazing work, and wishing him the best in Choco!
