Phelps Stokes' Ralph Bunche Societies Launch New Ralph Bunche Chapter at University of North Carolina, Wilmington.
Phelps Stokes announced today that the University of North Carolina, Wilmington (UNCW) will establish a Ralph Bunche Society to help strengthen its strategic goal of developing and graduating global citizens. The program, which is named after the first African-American Nobel Peace Prize winner, Dr. Ralph Bunche, provides undergraduate students, especially minority and working-class undergraduates, extracurricular activities that develop their skills and knowledge to positively impact the world.
