Phelps Stokes’ Programs for Equality, Access and Empowerment (PEACE) launched the second cycle of the International Legal Clinics Seminars in Bogota and Quibdó, Colombia during the week of October 10.

PEACE promotes economic empowerment of marginalized ethnic and racial minorities in Latin America and the Caribbean. We help and support the development of a new generation of effective leaders from the Afro-descendant and Indigenous communities in Latin America and the Caribbean. (Read more)
